Arriving at the International Terminal
It is essential that you find the Harlan Representative at the meeting point IMMEDIATELY once you have cleared customs.
DO NOT enter any stores trying to buy a SIM card/buy coffee/change currency as this could cause you to miss your pick up.
Once you’ve collected your luggage in the Baggage Claim Area and passed through the Customs Area, go through the sliding door and turn right into the International Arrivals Hall
Look for the “Meeting Point” sign (between the Optus Store and Villa & Hut Kafé)
You will be met by a Harlan representative (usually wearing a BLUE uniform) who is holding HARLAN sign or your School/University sign.
You will be taken to your booked accommodation/destination
Arriving at the Domestic Terminal
If you arrive via a Domestic Flight, please make your way to the “Meeting Point” in the International Arrival Halls on the ground floor.
You could ask the airport staff to direct you to the “Meeting Point” in the International Arrival Halls.
What to do if you have not found a Harlan representative?
If you have not found a Harlan representative within 30 minutes (after clearing Customs, for International flights), please call below contact details or the emergency contact listed in your booking confirmation for further assistance. Please DO NOT leave the Airport with anyone else, a Harlan representative will be with you shortly.
There is a Payphone station, which can be paid by Australian notes, coins or your credit cards to contact Harlan.
