About
You bring the plan. We bring the bus.
Harlan Transport arranges group transport across Melbourne and Victoria. The customer brings the plan — we get the group from A to B.
What we do
Harlan Transport is a Melbourne group transport company. We arrange bus hire with a driver for groups travelling anywhere across Victoria — a crew heading to site, a family moving between a funeral service and a wake, a team getting to a conference, or a group heading out for the day.
Every job is a private hire. The vehicle is booked for your group alone, the route is yours to set, and there is no fixed schedule to work around. You decide where the group is going. We make sure it gets there.
You plan the day, we drive
- 1
You bring the plan
You know where the group needs to be and when. We take the booking and sort the details with the operator — pick-ups, timings and the vehicle.
- 2
We match the vehicle
We size the vehicle to the group and arrange it through our operator network, with a professional driver.
- 3
We handle the transport
The bus and driver stay with your group for the booked duration and get everyone where they need to go.
Our network of contracted operators
We work with a network of contracted operators to supply the right vehicle for every job.
That network is the reason we can cover the full range of group sizes. Buses from 7 to 57 seats available, including 7, 12, 14, 21, 25, 42, 54 and 57 seater options. Seat counts include the driver.
We have several vehicles of each size available through our operator network. If a group is too large for one vehicle, we arrange more than one.
Our job is coordination — matching each job to the right vehicle and driver, and making sure the details are right before the day arrives.
