No alcohol is to be opened or consumed on the vehicle at any time.
For your own and other customers’ safety on the bus, Only screw-top bottled, non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.
Food products which are easily manageable (that will not create a mess) are preferred to prevent any spills or damages to the vehicle. If any damages are created, you’re responsible for paying for all cleaning or repair fees required.
We’re sorry that we do not offer public tours. All our tours are for Private Group only with a minimum of 5 passengers. If you’re happy to pay for the price of 5, we can do.
We understand that not everything goes as planned, hence we offer our customers very flexible payment options. No deposit or partial payment is required to confirm/secure your booking at the time of enquiry. We are flexible and happy to discuss with you about your payment options and change of itinerary.
For day tour/charter and booking valued less than $5,000:
You are required to make full payment through credit card/ bank transfer/ or cash at our office at least 2 days before departure.
You can also request to pay cash on the day to the driver. Please make sure this is confirmed by our sales team.
For multi-day tours/charters and booking valued more than $5,000:
You are required to make full payment through credit card/ bank transfer/ or cash at our office at least 7 days in advance or by an agreed date confirmed by our sales team.
A full refund will be offered for all cancellation 24 hours before the departure less any non-refundable fee-incurred components (such as entrance fees, meals, accommodations, etc.) provided by third parties.
As you could appreciate that different meal and accommodation providers have their own policy and this is out of our control. Hence, Cancellation and Refund amount are applied case by case. If the third-party providers give us a full or partial refund, we will give that money back to you. Please enquire this information before proceeding with your booking and payment.
For last-minute cancellation, we’re happy to provide you with a partial refund (full refund less any fee-incurred services).
Our provided quotation is the final amount you only have to pay. We do NOT charge extra for tolls, ferry costs, airport parking fees, etc.
Please note that the provided quotation is always exclusive of entrance fees unless stated otherwise. For multi-day, long-distance travelling or interstate bus charter, driver’s meals and accommodation are not included unless otherwise stated.
Yes, prices of all tours and bus charter services are in Australian Dollar (AUD).
Please note that payment by Credit card (Visa and Master cards only) will attract a processing fee charged by Stripe/PayPal/CBA. You can avoid this fee by making payment through bank transfer, or pay cash either at our office or directly to the driver on the day.
Depends on the distance amongst your requested pick-up and drop-off points, if it’s convenient and they’re in the same direction, we’re happy to offer it free of charge. Otherwise, a small fee will be applied. Please consult with our sales team for more details.
No, unless you have specifically requested this.
Not every journey or transfer requires meals and/or accommodation for the driver. When the vehicle is travelling a significant distance away from Melbourne for multiple days, it may be feasible for the driver to stay with your group. It is only on these occasions where the driver will require meals and accommodation, which comes as an additional cost to the quoted price. While our quoted price includes the driver, the meals and accommodation for the driver that is not included unless otherwise stated.
If you have a large group of passengers, in most cases, it’d be possible to ask the hotels and restaurants to offer free or discounted meals and accommodation to the driver.
All bus charter services are quoted for 10 hours a day unless you requested a specific number of hours of service.
For some long-distance travel tours such as Great Ocean Road and Mt Buller, they’re quoted for 12 hours a day.
NOTE: For passenger safety, by law, driver can only work maximum 12 hours a day to avoid driver fatigue. If you need more than 12 hours, please advise our sales team so that we can arrange 2 drivers for your day.
For private bus and coach charter services, you’re welcome to bring along more passengers up to the max capacity of your requested bus size. This is also a very good way to reduce your cost per head.
For provided quote which includes entrance fees, you’re required to pay extra for each additional passenger.
Please note that because there is no luggage compartment on smaller buses, therefore for Airport Transfers, it is advised that you always book larger size vehicles than your group’s numbers or request a luggage trailer. Any excess luggage requirements must be discussed in detail with our sales team in advance.
We have a large fleet of vehicles so in most cases this is possible. However, this is subject to our fleet availability at the time of your request. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your bus size.

All offered services come with our public liability insurance. This does not cover your loss of belongings or injury caused by your carelessness and disobeying provided instructions.

No. Although tipping is not required, you are most welcome to tip the driver as a reward for his excellent service.

A mini bus is a 13-seat, or 24-seat vehicle (excluding the driver seat). These vehicles don’t have a luggage compartment.
A coach is a large size 42-seat, 48-seat, or 54-seat luxury vehicle with a large luggage compartment, entertainment facility and toilet on board. (*Free WiFi and *USB charger is available for every seat on our selected 54-seat luxury coach)
