Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I make my reservation?
We recommend reserving your bus at least 2 weeks in advance. However, we are also able to provide buses in as little as 2 hours’ notice (subject to bus and driver availability).
Are there any hidden fees or additional charges?
Our provided quotation is the final amount you only have to pay. We do NOT charge extra for tolls, ferry costs, airport parking fees, etc.
Please note that the provided quotation is always exclusive of entrance fees unless stated otherwise. For multi-day long distance travelling or interstate bus charter, driver’s meals and accommodation is not included unless otherwise stated.
How many hours is for a day tour charter?
All bus charter services are quoted for 10 hours a day unless you requested a specific number of hours of service.
For some long distance travel tours such as Great Ocean Road and Mt Buller, they’re quoted for 12 hours a day.
For passenger safety, by law, driver can only work maximum 12 hours a day to avoid driver fatigue. If you need more than 12 hours, please advise our sales team so that we can arrange 2 drivers for your day.
Are all prices in Australian Dollar (AUD)?
Yes, prices of all services are in Australian Dollar (AUD).
How much should my clients tip my driver?
Although tipping is not required, you’re very much appreciated to tip the driver to reward for his excellent service. Any mount is very grateful. Suggested amount is $3 per passenger per day.
